If it doesn't make no sense, you can buy ETH as many as you want, aren't you? 0.007 ETH is indeed only small amount, but the chance you would scammed us is much higher.

it is very small amount so it is hard to giving friend. so try some more high amount. if you need emergency just keep  your money alt coins and bit coins it is one of the best way for savings. so try once another coins investment.but eth loan is difficult to obtained.
