I accidentally sent ETC to my ETH wallet in bittrex
i want to deposit my ETH,and i copy the wrong adress,i send  ETH to my ETC adress in bittrex ,how i can get back my money.pls help me.

ETH and ETC have the same format of private keys and addresses. You try to contact with bittrex, they can get ETH from your ETC address sent. How much ETH you sent to wrong address?

You are right but its very hard for them as I also have problem like this few months back and send my coins on other coin address then I submit a support ticket after very long time they send me reply we are sorry we cannot help you as wallet is very big and searching your coins going to take too much time so you lost them
For OP you try to in-touch with support hope they will recover your coins

That's a substantial amount of money and it will be a waste to not recover it. Try contacting bittrex support like what BitSat suggested. There is a low probability of recovering it since in BitSat's case he didn't recover his eth when he faced the same problem but did what he suggested. Another thing you can probably do is to directly inquire about that in the trollbox of bittrex, it is better to contact support and reach out to those who are familiar with the exchange at the same time.

Bittrex has support and you should contact them and kindly ask them to send you back ETC or to update your ETC balance, coins are not gone, they are in that wallet in bittrex and i am sure they have access to it.

Dont lose hope before you try to contact Bittrex Support as they are the only one who can help your case. I'm sure they will help you, but you need to be patient because they have so many other things to do. Be careful next time, always do a double check on the address when you are going to make any transactions.

You should try to contact bittrex support and discuss with them about that wrong wallet transaction.

I think you should immediately contact bittrex support contacts and also provide proof of your transaction.

That's a lot and you should be careful next time with your ETH and before sending try to check if that's the right format and ETH address. There's no other way to get it again, contact bittrex support or management they are the one that can help you.


I never tried this one but you can see it for yourself and look if that's going to be an effective one. Try to contact them first and if they will ignore your request or will say that they can't help you with it, this will be your last resort.
