My blockchain.info wallet shows that I received 225 ETH on 16 October 2017. Until today 18 October 2017 my ETH balance is zero. Can someone explain me please what is happening?

It telling that I have received 225 viberate tokens (which I do not know how to withdraw and to spend, if it is true)

However my blockchain account tells me that I have received 225 ETH or 72 000 USD.

PS. I have tried to contact blockchain.info to ask for help, but they gave no answer (they have a twitter account).

Wow, so this amount luckily took place in your wallet mistakenly sent by someone else?
Anyway, in my conscience, it may not appear if a transaction is unconfirmed on network.
In such case, you should copy the transaction id that you see in your ethereum wallet and check whether it is confirmed or not at etherscan.io

If you don't have any outgoing transaction, ETH should still be in your wallet.
As TheCoinFinder suggested you, have you checked on etherscan.io the transaction?

If the transaction still is not confirmed, you could eventually "delete" it by making another transaction with the same "nonce" with a higher gas. As two transactions with the same nonce cannot coexist, the first transaction will be dismissed.

Try checking in etherscan.io or ethplorer.io with the Tx address or with your wallet address.You will definitely find it.

I have the same thing. Maybe it's the blockchain that is acting kind of funny. I watched a transaction record is written it is confirmed. I dont love this purse, but I thought it would be better to use for ETH. Apparently I was wrong. We will wait for the situation will resolve itself. I in any case I will be looking for another purse.

No, I have not clicked on a link from a mail. Yesterday when I opened my blockchain.info wallet I have seen that I have a receiving transaction of 225 ETH. But my ETH balance was zero. And until today I have zero ETH in my balance.

I do not know if this was mistakenly sent to my wallet or not. For a week a had my signature telling that I am a good physicist engineer and asking for donations, on 16 October I have received 225 ETH (what my wallet is telling me). I read on other discussion that I have to wait for my wallet to catch with the network.  When I checked with the etherscan.io I was told that I have not received 225 ETH but 225 Viberate Tokens worth 0 ETH. I do not know what to say.
My Blockchain.info wallet was telling me that I have received 70 000  USD, the etherscan.io is telling me that I have received 225 Viberate tokens worth nothing.

there maybe some fault in blockchain.info ? have you contact their support for help ?

Such a bad story :( you should investigate your transaction if you can. Maybe, one who knows your password or other important things had stolen your money. Security is really important in the crypto currency world.
 

blockchain.info  show all token in your ETH wallet as ETH but total ETH in blockchain.info not show . So you can check ETH in https://etherscan.io/

Blockchain.info is explorer btc not etherum.

If you are willing to provide us with proof of transaction or tx hash, we will help you check it out.

I was facing the same issue earlier.

now support my friend Ethereum. you should occasionally check for updates. but I'm still not understand why you using blockchain for such a large amount. it could be a completely fabricated story. I will ask the friend to share the chain of transfer. we may be able to obtain a more detailed result by doing our own research.  but your explanations in this way seem to have much air. you have just posted a few messages without offering any proof, and  not   much more. I need to share more detailed information with my friend. nobody can help you like this.

From which place you send your eth? I had the same problem with liqui, but it was my mistake, because i send eth from bitstamp and liqui don't support smart contract. Happy to me they solve my problem and i received all my eth. If it's possible write to support. Good luck!

If etherscan tells you that you received 225 Viberate tokens then trust that. No way etherscan will failed to scan your address even blockchain.info show

Now can you post your ETH address so that we can check your history?

really already support? I tried using blockchain.info to check my eth wallet, but it can't, pls tell me how to use it.

How did it happen? I was surprised because I had never experienced that. maybe and mistaken wallet.

You received 225 Vibe tokens, not 225 ETH it is probably a visual bug.
You can clearly see that in etherscan. Bounty perhaps?
By the way, blockchain.info doesn't support erc20 tokens, it means you won't see them in your wallet when you receive them, if you want to send them elsewhere you will need to import your private key into wallets which are supporting them such as myetherwallet.

Thank you for your comment. This was a bounty, for a signature campaign that I received after some days. What has happened was that I had my signature asking for donations for one week before receiving these money, and I believed that I received a donation, not the bounty for a previous signature campaign

 4 days ago when I verified my wallet and I have seen that I received 225 ETH I was very, very happy , but they were 225 Vibe Tokens sent to an ethereum address. I deeply regret not having 72000 USD in my wallet.

I think your not the only person here in the forum face this kind of a problem. Most of them they check it to the ethplorer.io or etherscan. If you have any contact with the blockchain try and try to contact them. 225 ETH was a huge amount actually, So I think you need to be careful more dude. By the way, what Eth wallet do you use anway?

try to check once wallet and search you get any mails or sms to your mobile. then you get one idea about eth coin. so try once it. maximum eth coins keeping more secure in wallets. so what happens your eth coins. once completely check and if you transfered to any other accounts. let's be check it. because eth has great demand in the market so try once where you keep it. nothing to worry.

I just dont understand, if you received 225 Eth or 225Vibe, because according to ethplorer.io 225 vibe value then value of Ether was 0.
Isn't you've just gave it mis understood about the transactions in there?

Maybe someone has stolen your eth by your private key. You must take care about the safety of your wallet account. Or just i think the website are facing log errors.
