Instead of having to send addresses using a long format, you will be able to query the website and search for your friend and get his bitcoin address.
To get content, I am offering 0.02 BTC to everyone who adds their address to the addressbook. NOTE: To prevent spammers and people who make multiple accounts to abuse the free bonus, your address MUST have at least 0.1 BTC to get the free 0.02 BTC. You do not need to pay me anything, I will just check Blockchain to see your address balance. How to add your address - use this form: Code: Username: You need to PM me this. This is because I need to verify that you actually own the bitcoin address, instead of pretending to be someone else. I will send 0.02 BTC to the address you gave me. In order to verify that you own the address (the Bitcoin Addressbook needs to be accurate and only contain verified info), you will need to proof the "private key" for the address so we know you own it. In your Bitcoin client: click on 'help' in the menu bar (top right) click on 'debug window' select the 'console' tab type: dumpprivkey 1HiGKjaN9PmvzRHQKPWR9N51k7zeQ8256 Reply with the response.
