It seems that if they actually do that, their names will be polluted, because of their inconsistency, china probably will not launch ICO project

Yes ofcoure China is not going to let any ICO run till the ban is over. If someone is trying to launch their ICO from China I think they are not gonna get any good response from the government of China.

The inability of launching from China in my opinion does not still stops Chinese people from participating in ICOs. A project has a team and the team comprise of citizens from different part of the world. So all that is needed is to find a member of the team in whose country ICOs is accepted or there is no a clear cut authority on the regulation of ICO and everything is settled. If on the otherhand Chinese ban equally affects being member of a team, then we can make it seems like we are hiring a consultant from China and I don't think there will be a law stopping one from working with companies outside the country.

Well, I think chinese that has plans in creating projects such as ICO's are now moving to countries that does not prohibit ICO's just like Japan and Philippines. I know chinese devs are now in partnership with foreign platforms since they cannot launch on their own yards due to restrictions. Chinese people has been into investments long time ago so I think it won't stop them from participating because there are always a way to still be part of crypto community. I believe China government will soon again open it's gate for cryptocurrency.

They might be using some companies tgat can launch their proposed project, i believe they won't let their crypto activities stop not at this time since they into businesses and having ICO or investing in an ICO is a great way.

people will always find a way to circumvent the system. China might have banned exchanges but they are in the process of regulating them, which means that once they are regulated, the price will catch up and every likely double. The more the government gets involved the more trust it conveys to the system and the more traditional traders will be attracted to invest in it. The problem with China is that they are generally trying to keep things tight, and within their reach. If you hear the Xi's speech at the United Nations, you'll see that they are genuinely worried that capital may run out of China. Either way there are many P2P exchanges that offer the essential trading part, and Chinese are already aware of it and actively using it.

China will do all the countries, they think with their heads first and foremost, they took and began to regulate crypto-currencies, they simply took and refused ICO
China will be a large state that introduced a regulator of crypto currency

The residents in China shouldn't have a problem promoting their projects because they could easily have someone else post their project for them.

Can they also have someone else do the funding, developing and marketing for them?  ;)

I think the ban is not permanent but temporary. They are trying to regulate the ICO system. After the some strict ICO regulations, they will allow for those who obey the rules. China is one of the biggest and important cryptocurrencies centers and as you know cryptocurrencies are one of the future power. they will not want to lose this power.

I'm pretty sure Japan is banning and regulating ICOs just like China very soon.

It's not the platform's problem, the thing is when you're Chinese you can participate in any ICO. So it's being a Chinese is a problem. Moving to other place which has more friendly environment in terms of raising capital. Well, Chinese people can participate in ICOs, they just have to be extra careful not to get caught.

It won't be that tough for China to get more Bitcoin once they plan on changing their rules for certain ICO's. It's part of their game plan.
