Title: Auroramine.com Scam?
Post by: Pchahal on October 19, 2017, 12:05:32 PM
Hi i recently heard and signed up to auroramine which is a cloud based mining system. I wanted to do some background research into it. I havent invested my money in it yet. I was wondering if anyone is already a member and if they can share their experience on it?

I checked on companies house online the details of the company. It said there is only one director 'Harvey Brown' and he was born in 1997! so he is apparently 20 years old? whereas on the website it shows a picture of 4 people who own the company and it shows a picture of Harvey Brown and it appears that he looks way more older and possibly in his 40s. I feel that there is something very dodgy about this. The pictures could be of fake people.

Can anyone shed some light on this website?

Thankyou

Hope you didn't put money on that site. As of writing I did try to access the site and this message shows me "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. " They are already showing their colors and sad for those greedy persons who did invest on that Ponzi scheme scam site. All online things that do offer good returns on a short period of time is a scam. So stay away on these kind of sites if you don't like to lose up money.

I think it is really a scam PONZI scheme. More of a networking to me. 1200 Peta Hash does not exist yet even in the largest bitcoin miner farm. Its just a matter of time.

My friend used to invest in this website for cloud mining services, i asked him about this site and he said it is legit and paying, already withdraw some of his earnings there but i smell something fishy about that website and the services hash speed that it has offering, around 14000000 gh/s is the highest speed for hash for 122400.25 USD without maintenance fee and a lifetime contract. this cloudmining site is just running for a month ago. For a ponzi scheme to work they must pay and then when the big fish took their bait, they will just disappear.

as of now it still paying to some of my friends who invested their, base on their experienced the payment only take some hours to arrived at your wallet. But i made my own research reviews about it , a promise of 10 day Return of Investment are true but like other hyip site  it will not last longer if theres no more investors , i guess it will only take about one month then the site will down. The site are running 20+ days now it will depend on you if you will still going to invest their or not.

I'm glad that you did investigate before investing on that site. And from the looks of its, its very dodgy and what you have seen is a red flag. My conclusion is that its probably a scam or ponzi scheme. I'm just happy to see that you did your own investigation because most of the members here have posted after they have deposited money and all crying that they have been scammed. I'm not a member of that side, but its clearly as bright as the sky, a Ponzi. Don't invest on it,  and stay away from cloud mining. There are better alternatives to earn crypto or bitcoin. I can smell some shady and scammy activity behind that site.

Sadly, people still fall for this scam. I've seen people here in our country promoting this like hell. I've asked one of them and they said this would only keep on increasing in value. Asked if there were any proofs of their harsware but they just keep on sending pics of AntPool and Bitmain's farms to me. Also, they are asking $100 for information about their operations lol. Clearly a ponzi scam so if anyone is involved here better cash out (if there's any option like that) or just stay the hell out.

There will be many Ponzi schemes going out online especially now that bitcoin  is gaining popularity.  My cousin told me about this site and I told him to be careful because ir might be scam.  He is so brighten up with the idea of bitcoin investing and I  am afraid that with his age he won't  be able  to handle it. Anyways,  it will be better if we check  first the whereabouts of the site that we will be investing.

I see people referring here too. It seems to be "networking" with minimal investment or so. I hope someone can confirm it since the post I saw on FB shows no proof of payment.

I will qoute what i found on auroramine.com
Quote
100 Gh/s free for registering and up to 16.7%  of your investment daily
Quote
ROI within 10 days

What we can expect from these information? It's clearly they are a ponzi site and all of their promise is "too good to be true".

i think auroramine is like another scam site that allow to us to mining crypto currency for free because when i visit in their site, we only need to register to them and we can start to mining. i think we can try this but we don't need to deposit to test the system and as long as we can make them produce money to us, why not. but, once again, i warn you to not make any deposit to them because it too suspicious and i am curious with them. i think they only online not too long and maybe its only for 3 months.

yes cloud mining but based on PONZI scene won't live for a long time, it's enough profitable in the first time but the owner just need a money for making the other PONZI Cloud Mining, just stay away from web like this one, better hold your coin and wait till good time to sell it with good profit.

after some review, i got this pict :

To be honest i am not subscribed to this website, But upon checking the website it's high-yield investment program and with that most of the time it is a scam. I truly hope that you did not invest a single amount of money or bitcoin on this website. There are legit websites there that are legit just do your research. Surely it will not give you a 10-20% interest a day but at least you know that your investment is safe.

I agree with you. I've recently noticed the aurora mine website is down. This dosent look good at all. apaprently it has been down for more than 2 hours now. Dont know if this is down genuinely for purpose of maintence or if they have actually closed it down and ran off with everyone's money. either way i am not impressed with them.

If it promises easy money and very good returns then most likely its a scam. This is one reason why there are people out there who doesn't want to try Bitcoin, because there's a lot of scam site and scammers. There's only a handful of cloud mining sites that is still standing (operating for more than 1 year) and still paying its clients, however, even if its paying it doesn't mean its legit.

Found this info on Auroramine.

PLEASE READ: Auroramine have experienced DDOS attack from unknown server which causes and resulted for doubled-withdrawal transactions. For now, Auroramine limited the withdrawal timeline and withdrawal options with 200 users per hour to withdraw an amount of $2-10 dollars.

This was a scam.... I knew this would have be the case, hence I encouraged everyone to become a member of The Bitcoin Insurance Club, and get insurance for their coins like I did.

If there are any members of The Bitcoin Insurance Club in this forum, that invested in Aurora Mine, please go to the Club's website and file your claim for your full return of coins lost. They returned my coins in less than a day!

As of now, the website is not accessible and actually turned into scam. I hope this will be a good lesson for those people who trust this kind of shit and I hope the percentage of people who uses hyip websites will lessen. These scheme are always profitable for scammers because there are people who let themselves to be scam

Wishful thinking dude.

Ponzi's keep appearing because idiots do not learn. If they weren't lucrative these sites would have disappeared a while ago. As that's not the case, and people keep "investing" in them, they still keep popping up, and will continue to do so until these people learn their lesson.
