During the final three minutes of bidding, every bid pushes back the end time by three minutes.
Forum timestamps will be used to determine the winners.

Share transfer request to friedcat will occur within 24 hours after every winner has paid or fully funded escrow (again to reduce friedcat's workload).

Everyone who has paid correctly will get the next dividend even if the share transfer should not have been completed until then.

I see that we seem to have quite some competition around my initial price of 2.49 BTC/share.
So for the remaining time I will go down to:

New starting price: 2.45 BTC

everything else remains unchanged.
