a young, aggressive risk taker should get 10% of his net worth in crypto assets, while a sophisticated investor, who might not be such a risk taker, should go with 5%:

Conservative, everyday investors, who are willing to take on some risk, should go with 3%, and investors at their retirement age shouldn’t invest in cryptocurrencies.

You agree?  What % of your net worth is in cryptos?

I think if we are going to look at it, I say that there more of us here being a risk taker and investing more than 20% or even some have almost all in with 80%. 5% would be small I think. And 10% is not that aggressive. Maybe around 50%-80% should be consider as aggressive. And around 10%-50% fits more on a just a mid level investors.

Currently, less than 1% of my net worth is in cryptos. I have been an investor for many years, so I have a nice traditional stock portfolio, as well as some real estate. For me, building up to about 5% of net worth in crypto sounds about right

The younger you are the more risk you can afford to take. However, having 80% of nw in crypto is madness. Everyone needs a safe stable investment cushion (or am I just old fashioned?)

Having 80% nw in crypto is not an investment. It is a gamble.

I follow the same line of logic
