Everyday ICOs are coming and now chances are there to get scammed by them. Please share authentic and value for money  ICO based on your research and experience.

Look for something that you want to invest  in. If you try to put your money into something that has no website/escrow then you are likely to miss out on making a profit.
I am researching the Smart Billions ICO at the moment.

I try to invest in projects that already have a product at least in the testing phase. It's still good if a particular person promotes their product and his personality is accurate.

I do not know what you are writing about. I participated in several advertising campaigns, which the people call ICO. While never deceived, maybe lucky. Look at mine, I think it's decent and short enough to not be disappointed.

Most definitely Protex. Pre-sale is live and ICO is in mid Nov.  Worth checking out. The project solves the massive issue of data security in an innovative way. Very solid whitepaper, team, and huge market. I invested in it and they have a low market cap. It's a legit project, super excited for it. Strong community is starting to build.

I think that now it is necessary to pay attention to those projects that want to get small money from the ico and not millions of dollars to put it in itself pocket

There would really be lots of suggestions for sure since people would really have their own recommendation this is why the best thing to do now is to search by yourself on what ICO or project you would tend to put your money on.Theres are lots of ICO to choose from and you are right chances on getting scammed would really be high unlike on previous years which ICO are profitable to invest on.

Even I do not know what to advise you in this case, because now the market ico so unstable. Good projects fall several times and shitcoin grow up

Prior investing in an ICO, check the validity of the Linkedin Accounts of the Founders and Advisors. Then check the background of the Founders and Advisors to see if they have what they need to deliver in accordance with their project. Then check whether there is a Company behind the project (the base of the company), website, facebook.. I think you got the Picture :)

I would suggest you to do the following:
1. Try icorating.com here you can see a (biased yes) but at least some overview over the upcoming ICOs and some rating of them.
2. Use your brain, which product seems to be really usefull and what is the 1000th decentralized bullshit

Basically thats it should get you some decent ICO after you get into it.
