I am not aware of a way to get scammed in China using PayPal, but if I'm wrong I'd like to be informed - things may have changed since I last did transfers this way. We can't use escrow, because we can't buy out miners from our supplier by our money. I dont think the moderators look out for scams its upto the forum users to do that and the more trusted DT users to negative trust like me because it red flags them. For as long as Ive been here there has been no attempt by forum hierarchy to combat new users posting for sale ads. Whether its because they cant be bothered or its not possible with this forum software I don't know. As it is anyone can register a new account and post in the selling section straight away which obviously isn't right.
