Hi all,

For some unknown reason, my advanced miner configuration tab where i change the speeds has disappeared in the antminer web console.

I have attached a link with picture for reference on where it should be - http://ibb.co/jVGfVm

Have tried a warm and soft restart, unplugged network cable, but it´s still not coming up.

Any ideas on how I can get this tab back, or why it may have disappeared?

I need to turn down the speed as my miner is only hashing half its hash rate and has been doing so since last night. The guy I bought the miner off, said lowering the speed, will resolve this.

Any help really appreciated!

do you upgrade the firmware?  if so sorry it is gone.

did it ever have the tab?

only the old models have the tab.

Shit, any idea on how I can turn down the frequency any other way? :(

no sorry I don't know for sure.

some can be re-set back some can not.

so I don't know if yours will re-set.

and I don't know if you try that will brick it.

this may work for you   but the choice is yours so if you do it and brick the gear don't blame me.
I did it for 2 r4 miners and it worked I did it for a new s-9 with slot on the wrong side it did not work but the miner did not brick

Thanks again for your help, will try it this evening, about to head out.

I´ve tried to IP report reset, no bricking, machine fires up nicely, gets up to a good hash rate, but then gradually degrades to around 50% of the stated hash rate. Do you think this would point to a faulty hash board? Not sure though, as after the reset, it does get up to a nice rate. Pretty confused on what the problem could be.

Maybe issue solved, has been hashing good for the last hour, holding solid at 9.059 Th/s  ;)

did you drop the freq down?

I put it up to 600, I woke up and its hashing around half again now, do you recommend resetting again and drop the frequency down? If so, what to ?

I only have 550, 600 and 650 available as options.
