About 3 months away from an ICO. I'm helping a friend to get setup. We were thinking of using a CRM to manage ICO participants. We have a database of about 10,000 we need hit as a priority. Are people using CRMs or just spreadsheets for this? If so, what CRMs are people using? For bonus points, are people using marketing automation solutions like Mailchimp and Pardot.
