Used Avalon units might be a better option. Buying hardware from reputable forum members is usually better than buying from some other sources, you have an accurate idea of how a miner works, issues, etc.

I've had nothing but great experiences with second-hand mining. If you can get a great deal, just make sure that it's working before you make the deal. Can any one confirm that. I am going for another purpose to China but I can spare a day or two if I can find quality used ASIC of Avalon 741 or S9.
