these are not public proxies which logs your incoming/outgoing data, besides its common sense to not use ANY KIND of proxy while doing Internet Banking or any kind of online activity that involves your personal details.

You are way too skeptical about these proxies. I would advise you to read how proxy works and how you use it.

IPv6 is the successor of IPv4 which is almost depleted, ITS NOT USELESS.
its not infinite but yes there are alot more then IPv4.
