Title: Re: Fake Japanese Translator Post by: Kyraishi on October 22, 2017, 04:56:05 AM I'm not Japanese but this seems like an open and shut case to me.
He's Indonesian, then he's Japanese. First alarm bell. Then, if you're correct about the quality of his work being horrendous, that would be another alarm going off. Even if he does know Japanese, his work is simply not of good enough quality. Should be negged for this as well tbh. Title: Re: Fake Japanese Translator Post by: californiaquail on October 22, 2017, 01:00:28 PM None of my business, but Bitcointalk is the last place i'd be looking for reliable translators.
I only use Fiverr for stuff like that, however it can get expensive, for book-grade quality translation with sophisticated wordings from a native japanese professional translator, count at least 100$ for 2000 words. https://www.fiverr.com/shungha/translate-english-to-formal-or-informal-japanese?context&context_referrer=search_gigs&context_type=auto&pos=2&ref_ctx_id=614d3105-ff0f-4ad8-860c-9ec2da255c8d&funnel=c1b19b10-48de-470b-b545-0d077fe5900e Title: Re: Fake Japanese Translator Post by: macinepapat on October 22, 2017, 02:54:44 PM i'm indonesian and i can confirm he is indonesian, even the account username is in bahasa.
please neg this user. Title: Re: Fake Japanese Translator Post by: jorneyflair on October 23, 2017, 08:07:01 AM Yep, and he got negged by Lauda. Thanks for that Lauda.
Bounty campaigns really need to be careful about this. Do your due diligence before accepting a user into your bounty campaign for translations or whatever. If he speaks Indonesian fluently then all of a sudden claim to be a native Jap speaker, he's probably lying. Though it's definitely not teh only place. Title: Re: Fake Japanese Translator Post by: GubiMixa1292 on November 05, 2017, 07:31:13 AM He may a Japanese and use fake account.
