If less coins are in circulation and literally nobody buys or sells a coin all leftover coins gain in value. Knowing there is going to be a burn makes people want to buy that coin too so I would think it would be positive in the end. The distribution was labour-based only and is pretty fair in my opinion. There just hasn't been enough interest in the coin right now and with the correct advertising for its coin burn the price could easily double or even triple. Also, it needs more exchanges right now.
