1. is this thing necessary? i thought platforms like ethereum etc... provide everything you need? 2. what other options exist? thank you in advance. its a newbie question, i know. But i don't think they run an ICO for you as what you're saying, that wouldn't really make any sense. I think they help you run an ICO but they don't run it for you. They're like a business and marketing team for hire, more or less.
