1) How can use my BTC Address to proof my account (Because my Blockchain.info address changes ) .
2) how will proof that address back to me (Send screen shot or what ) ??

So you lost your last bitcoin address ?

1. You can stake new address as valid the ownership of the account here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0

2. You can do sign message with your old address if you found it. just follow shorena thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0

You can sign a message from the address that you control and state in the message that you are changing your address to the new address. If you already have an address posted anywhere on the forum then use that post as a reference to your signed message.

Screenshots are not accepted because they can be easily edited in photoshop and changed. Still I wonder what reason this is for?

1. go to ------> https://www.bitaddress.org/ (https://www.bitaddress.org/) "It is better to download this page offline."
2. Move the mouse until you get 100%.
3. copy Private Key.
4. go to ----> http://blockchain.info/wallet/login (http://blockchain.info/wallet/login)
5. login.
6. go to https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/settings/addresses (https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/settings/addresses) or ------> settings -----> addresses
7. click Import Bitcoin Address & paste that Private Key ---> Import.
8. go to that address ----> More Options ----> Sign Message -----> enter your message.
9. paste "Address & Message & Signature" on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0
