Sending multiple pms is a bad idea, you don't want to spam the admins with same messages, it will only increase their backlog that they are already trying to counter, the best way to go about this is, just send a message once and wait it out, it may take a week or a month but you can will get your account back. With the exact implementation of the instructions, I managed to return the account within 24 hours.

I think accounts which have been hacked and are actively being used or in your case blackmailed get higher priority so maybe that's why my account hasn't been recovered yet.
