They're legit - I've bought 2 Avalon 741 miners from them. Paid with a CC and they arrived when promised. I am located in USA. It took about 3 days after they sent me shipping information to receive them. Everything was packaged well and so far so good.
I liked how they accept credit cards which offer plenty protection. But in my first experience with them I feel good about dealing with them in future. The nice thing is you can use CC for payment as well if you don't currently have any BTC on hand. All my miners have worked fine and were shipped out on time. The only issue I ran into was a supply issue and nothing to do with them, some of the hardware they received was packaged for domestic China sales, so it wasn't sealed, and had small amounts of dirt on the fans. That being said the units ran fine.
