1. Domain registered on Dec'12.
2. ~70% Traffic comes from Google, ~20% refferal and the rest ~10% is direct.
3. Traffic is almost 2500/day with almost 70K pageviews/day
4. niche: humor

last months profit from Google Adsense was $500 when it had only 55K visitors and for this month I am getting almost 2500 visitors/day so approx it will cross $600 for this month.

You sound like a SCAM, how do I know you are legit and possess the things listed here?

How many months has the site generated more than 500$ ?

Domain was bought on Dec'12 and I was running on smowtion from Feb'13 and it was around $300. I switched to Google Adsense on 27th Apr'13 and the earnings for the month of May'13 is $500, I last checked on 8th June and earnings for (1st Jun'13 - 8th Jun'13) was $147.

how much are your willing to pay in BTC for this???

Can you tell me what the website is atleast. Its impossible for me to bid on it if I don't know what maintenance or upkeep the website will need.

it is an Image Gallery with a lot of images, powered by Zenphoto. you can customize it later to anything you want.

almost 60K images I assume.

Pingdom alerts are set so that you'll get instant notifications when the servers are down (you can check if they are down by the hosting company or it is an internal fault). I have tried my level best to keep up with security (I am not a hardcore system level expert but you can expect Basic-Medium Level security) and some more things.

I'll even give you the Hosting account so that you can continue the Dedicated server for just $49 which is mostly unused. let me know if you want to know about the server specs.

All in all it requires minimum Maintenance and upkeep from your end.

Sounds interesting, you won't really get much serious attention though if you aren't saying what the URL is in your opening post.

Standard procedure for selling websites. URL are not disclosed in forum threads because the URL  can end up in the search results  on a BTC forum which is not favorable for SEO

What if Google has banned every adsense account I try to create?

after giving complete Google Analytics access to around 12 bidders.
in a nutshell, I own the domain, I was willing to prove that I am the owner of this domain, Even willing to use an Escrow service as we dont know each other, I have this much traffic, traffic details are provided by google itself (not by an edited PDF) and to make things worse I was PM'ed by a member who said I am a SCAMMER, lolz (not speaking your name but you should better understand the meaning of SCAMMER before framing one.)

I have finally decided to pull this out.
No more PM guys, I am not selling this website anymore.
