Anyone have any tutorials on how to mine Bitcoin Gold?

it's the same as any other equihash coin.
launch is planned for 1nov, you have a week to prepare, try zec/zen or vot for example to be ready.

Pools work. But there are no wallets yet. I don't understand to what address it is possible to mine btg. On my btc address?

I see it listed on YoBit for around $400.. .does this mean that other exchanges will open around the same price?

I just open minergate site and there is option to mining Bitcoin gold. Maybe you can subscribe in that option so when they launch the pool you could join.

Which pool? The btg wallet software is not out yet.

LAUNCH DATES:

Bitcoin Gold coin is being forked on October 24. Mining will be possible in the beginning of November. We will keep community updated on slack and twitter.

No, it can't be a scam. It IS a scam. All the shady thing they're doing. No working pools, no wallets, premined coins, and so on...

You mine to a btc address which you have access to it's private key for now, and then import it to a btg wallet when there is one

Hey there are plenty of mining pool which helps for the people who are interested in mining bitcoin gold.
Btcgpu mines from the equihash algorithm and they provide free mining and no fee to mine with their pools.

I have given the both mining pool information below. You will be able to find the components and usage information in the first page itself.

I guess this is standard for mining when forks happens, since they come from the same blockchain (just forked), the address will remain as the same, if you already have BTG (comming from BTC stock) what you will have to do is export this private key to a proper BTG wallet, which you keep your private/public keys, just direct your transactions to the new blockchain (BTG bc).

So even before mining launches, it's quite possible to foresee how it will work.
