AML is legally required in over 150 countries and ICOs that don't do AML are already getting get shut down.

AML is required for any company to work within the banking system.  Since banks and other financial institutions are our biggest customer base we can't avoid this step.

We collect the information only for the AML check.
We never give your information to any third-parties.
We only use it to add you to our ‘whitelist’ of verified participants.

How much is hard cap?

4.5 million DCL is the safety or hard cap. It's set high intentionally as we don't intend on triggering it.

Does the team have experience in this sphere?

sounds interesting, but i dont see anything more than someone hyping another ICO, money up front for your "great idea" here :(

Whats the POINT of even 100's of tx's a second? for a chain NOONE USES?
BTC itself needs tx's per second, but NO other chain has the volume to need it really, this included

They see the applicability of DisLedger in use cases like payments and in capital markets post trade processing. They have different system with requirements ranging from anywhere between 10,000tps to 500,000tps.
