These are private key wallets in these wallets you can pay the transfer fees as per your requirement. If you are sending ethereum to exchange A to convert into bitcoin then send to foxbit to cash out, then try other altcoin exchanges that uses less fee like Poloniex, Bittrex etc. Also, transfer rates aren't determined by these exchanges alone but the network itself, but sometimes an exchange takes a cut on transfers too.

I suggest you to use mycelium as it got app also...so it can be used at your phone at any time It would be more convinent and easy to use.
