I did not understand what you put in my name on the "all greeting" list.

there is no 'all greeting' list. i only put a note on your application that you only have 3 activities for more than 1 month which all of those are only greeting.
Please see the rules and have you thought that greeting chats are only spam ?

as rules said we will decrease the reward for inactive participants
dev and me have decided that inactive participants will get sisa token only. and how much token worth in usd depends on their activities.

for example, a participant only have 8 activities(chat) in the group so that participant will get $4 in sisa token.
6 activities will get $3 in sisa token.

the rules said that each participant must be active the group for discussion or any chats related to the project.

Participants who don't follow the rules will not get full payment.

due to a reason the payment will be issued in several several days later.

I'm fine not receiving any tokens as I didn't do any significant contribution to the conversation, but I didn't break any rule. On the early days of the campaign you stated that if there were no real questions to answer, it was better to not chat at all. I didn't feel any spur in the debate afterwards that was significant enough to comment, besides the good debut of the token on exchanges, my only comment in the chat.

Due to the fluctuation of btc and sisa. i will use price of those coins from CoinMarketCap (the current price ! these screenshots were captured about at 11.55 AM forum time)

Yeah mate you are right that i have said that on the rules  :) but it doesn't mean that each participant can not complete another rules that said participants must be active in the group. Some of participants have tried to make a contribution by follow and response what another members were talking about.
I just try to do my job as precise as i can and do it nicely    ;)
In my opinion the reward is proper for telegram campaign, in the other hand The reward may not be worth for you hehe  ;D, but the rate has been decided by dev instead of me. I am sure that you have bigger income from another ways than the reward of this campaign.
