I have some some so i need to put in alt coins, but the thing is i need a better roi.. Once i invested in sia about 2500$ but now worth 360$ , i am very fed up..,

So please give me a good advice whats the best roi coins , if i get return in 2018! End????

None of us can predict the future. You don't actually lose your money unless you sell at a lower rate.  Another way to look at it is if you bought 10000 SIA for $2500 you still have 10000 SIA (unless you sold it) even though it's worth $360 now.  A year from now your SIA coins may be worth $10000 or more.  No one knows.

My advice is to research POS coins and diversify.  Keep you SIA.  You never know what may happen.

there's a lot of trading site were in you can invest your money,  like bittrex and poloniex. these are the most trusted site when it comes to trading. but before you invest your money, you need to make a research first how does trading works. study different currencies and their volume. some currencies is soo slow to move  its value so always check their 24hrs low and high so you could check if that currency is good for trading. i hope this could help you to have a good return of investment in the future.

Actually there is no way of telling which one will give the better roi. I too suffer the same faith as you with sc but i do gain from others like omg, neo, link, kyber etc. So the best advice is to diversify your portfoilo. So you can able to profit even in this volatile market.

If everyone knows of better roi return of their investment, i guess everyone would be a millionaire by now. From the posts above me what some said is correct. You do not actually lose unless you sell your SIA. It happens to most of the investors on here. Some make good decision about it and some dont. If you are looking into making short term profits, it is best not to invest into the "Long Term" investment like techs. Tech type coins take some time to develop, market and adoption. It doesnt grow in a night. So stay away from those type of coins. For short term investments, i would say go for the already established projects, where people are more confident with the project and there are tradings going on everyday. So you can trade to make money. See this is where people make mistake, some invest believing they will be making tonnes of money in a month, a week even a day. That doesnt happen to every coin. You must first understand these fundamentals. If you do not have enough patience, avoid investing. Investing means investing.. You are investing in their idea, project, timeline roadmap etc. Trading on the other hand is where you make money daily by buying and selling coins for short term. You see good news, you invest and when the profit is nice you sell and then move on to the other coins. You do this daily, you may make some money. But long term investment is where you make good amount of money where you buy at lets say less than a dollar and in a year or two you see the price is double, tripled even sometimes x 100. So be wise. Know what you are doing, dont do what others are doing if you are not sure about what you want. Last but not least, please do your due diligence and study the coins before investing or even trading.

Prediction may help you but sometimes it won't be accurate because cryptocurrency market is high voltaile compared to others. So search before investing into any investments.

I think there is many coins that can perform well but of everything I've scene PoSW, XtraBytes are set up for the biggest gains next year.

Crypto is high risk so the return on investment is potencially fantastic. Never forget however that it also comes with RISK.

It is a rather difficult task to identify a currency that can generate a particular ROI in a specific time frame. Remember that markets are essentially unpredictable and not even the most recognized experts can predict with certainty something like this. There is nothing more to take the risk, because that is the essence of this business.

My suggestions for 2018 would be Walton, KNC, BQX and Aion.

Best way to earn quick and with return of investment is investing into new projects that will launch new tokens with reputable ICO name that has something to sell their token has value in the market, detailed whitepaper and it is physically invested in business, all the devs are good and lot of them and lastly the members should exist with pure transparency of their project. Although not all ICO'S are legit some are scams but it's easy to predict if the coin will pump or dump with just researching the ICO itself rather than having predictions if the price of an altcoin will pump or not.

Have gone through previous replies and have also been through such problem before, I bought Monaco at $2 each, later on the coin drop to $0.89 then I sold it. Thereafter there was a big pump and one Monaco worth $23. Therefore patience is the key when it comes to trading.

wow it is a big investment in sia and i think you need to waiting more to see the increasing of the sia. maybe you can considering to invest in ethereum, litecoin, monero, zec, because this coins is in top twenty in coinmarketcap and right now, these coins is the best coins ever. but if you decide to invest in that coins, i suggest for you to analyze first, what possibilities for each of the coins so you can know what you need to do before you invest your money.

If he can do that well that would be better but it's also good thing to ask here since maybe he can get some good ideas and information regarding on the altcoin's who are best to invest. But I would strongly advice and suggest to him that he should visit the coinmarketcap from time to time so that he can see the top coins which is promising to stake our money on.

If you already put in so much money, and you are at less than 15% of your investment, then my advice is to just hold it. If you lose it all, you lose 360 dollars more. If it somehow recovers, which it might, you gain more. Don't play with altcoins anymore with your fresh money. Just use all of it to buy Bitcoin, and invest that in several businesses. Or better still, just hold. That will be your best ROI. Not guaranteed, but very certain to be better than 90% of alts!

Doing my research I have found a few upcoming ICO's but I am mostly interested in Propthereum.io at the moment. The difference with them is they are an asset backed cryptocurrency with a business plan. They have great potential for a great return on investment. Definitely worth taking a look at and having a read of their whitepaper.

yes holding bitcoin is the best choice for now because bitcoin is up and down and this is our chance to buy and sell the bitcoin. but if you already have sia then I suggest to hold more longer than other coins because sia needs a long time to gets up again. we all have the same experience when bitcoin price is increase and it makes altcoin have down for a while and this conditions is like this for more than one month but we could still waiting if we have patience.

Well, you've invested too much into one coin that didn't have a track record and you lost.
You really need to diversify your investment and pick out multiple coins after careful research, don't just pick any random coin or ICO.

How long has Sia been around for? Just a couple of years, with the only significant activity on the market starting in 2016.

I will ask that you do some due diligence on ICO and determine the one with products attached. Projects on medical, power , telecommunications and real estate are good to go but the team behind the project is a good sign.

If you have a some small amount of money you can start your earning with very easy system. System number one you should buy some bitcoin with your pocket money then you can recharge crypto currency trading when you understand total trading system then you can start your earning. If you buy bitcoin then you can buy altcoin and you can make a profit.

I will be honest with you. I got into cryptocurrency about 1 year ago. I bought some bitcoin. Then I started trading some of that bitcoin for other altcoins. Then I started being active looking for airdrops and ICOs to invest in.

ICOs - I have lost money in all of them.
Airdrops - most are worthless, a couple have been worth a little bit but only in the short term - there is very little long term value created - just pump and dump (ETHD, eBTC).

Altcoins - none have outperformed Bitcoin and I should have left my initial investment in BTC.

All in all, after all my work researching and being active to join airdrops and earn bounties I have just about made back my losses participating in ICOs and the 'lost value' from the poorer performance of altcoins (ETH, XRP, BTX, BYTE, NEM etc).

I'd suggest you go with a more secure option, like btc or eth. Neo would be a little riskier, but still not too much. Investing in sia was a...bad decision, to say the least. Don't get me wrong, I like them. At best I would dualmine sia with eth. Buying it? Not anytime soon

I think it is very hard to blindly follow other’s suggestion without having your own research. The mere fact that you will invest your money, you must be responsible for whatever outcome it will be. I would recommend to put at least half in Bitcoin. Then about 40% in alts. ETH, Monero, Dash, IOTA, Waves, EOS would be a good choice. And 10% in ICOs. They have the highest ROI. If you really think about return on investment I would divide money to half half. I'D invest btc and eth with half of the money and I'd invest alt coins with another half of money.

At least 20% in ETH. Consider some specific ICOs, especially low profile tech-based coins like Raiden (they were doing a Dutch auction not too long but you should still be able to secure some tokens). Also other larger profile ICOs such as AppCoins (ICO still ongoing) or Cindicator -  but i would say that these still have a risk.

A lot everybody will give an advice about their coin that they are holding but it is your responsibility to investigate if it is true or real information. Best way to do if you dont have money is to start in bounty hunting,join signature campaigns i see you are already a member rank there are plenty of signatures of these new ICOs here in bitcointalk,you can have a decent amount of stakes just hold the coin you are holding then wait for just few months you will see you will be rewarded pretty decent.

he has a chance to buy bitcoin and use it for a long-term investment or he can buy altcoin and hold it as the investment. he could have many coins right now only if he could determine which coins he wants to buy and not sell it if the time to sell does not come. it is better if he can analyze the coins so he could determine the coins and he doesn't have to wait too long to sell the coins.

i persoanlly found two good prospects,
One is ICO, in average, most ICO gross >10X, but most 'best performing' ICO coins are those not exactly fully subscrbied. for examples, crystal pearl, datum, capp etc.. Whereas, many hyped ICO struggled on dumping pressure in the early stages. Look at Nagacoin or Bitclave. You can make your own assessment on these.

Another possible good way to buy dip on buy those newly listed coins especially before they get on bigger exchanges.. The current bearish trend presents us with so many bargains on projects which has very strong business ideas or with working app/platform.. such as STORM, Micromoney..
