Are you running a local proxy?  Is that proxy actually pointing at a pool?

Not enough information to help you out.  What are you trying to do....

First: Unless you're running a local proxy, the URL should be that of the pool you are mining for. I would suggest that you get CGminer working first, pointing it directly at the pool's URL.
Second: The majority of mining pools don't use the 8333 port for the Stratum protocol (you should confirm the correct port).
Third: You should never paste a screenshot showing your password in clear text  ;)

Either. GUIMiner is just a GUI for CGMiner so both work the same, :).
