Title: Re: CGMINER start up help Post by: 8bitPunk on June 11, 2013, 04:00:09 AM First: Unless you're running a local proxy, the URL should be that of the pool you are mining for. I would suggest that you get CGminer working first, pointing it directly at the pool's URL.
Second: The majority of mining pools don't use the 8333 port for the Stratum protocol (you should confirm the correct port).
