However, if you wish to use a 'legacy exchange' you can use CampBX (located in Georgia, have all the proper permits/licenses) and send a money order by USPS; it will be deposited the day after receiving. Make sure you send it via certified mail. You can also KYC verify with them and send a personal check, but that can take longer. And they accept dwolla.
