http://blockchain.info/tx/f2ba5bf8523437761000bb691bc0a7356c27312678c19d3b05b5d7a7bebe2368 I am trying to send Dust payments like this individual has done for a transaction fee of less then the normal fee associated with the last bitcoin-qt client. As you can see the file size is 25kb but the fee is much less then the normal fee. Please explain to me what people are doing to bypass these systems Thanks.
