Title: Liqui.io withdrawal fees?
Post by: HODL It on October 26, 2017, 05:32:05 PM
Does anyone know what Liqui's withdrawal fees are?

I can find only very little information about this online but it seems like they charge 10% to withdraw your coins to your own wallet?

There is no need to start a thread for this. Perform a test withdrawal and you get to have first hand experience about the fee at that exchange of yours! Liqui.io

Sorry, I'm not going to open an account, possibly have to verify my info, send them BTC, than make a purchase to find out how much fees I have to pay...

It would be helpful if some kind forum members can let me know how much they paid in withdrawal fees... I get that it may be different for each coin but I assume the fees will be about in the same range.

I would tremendously appreciate it.

Liqui.io didn't publish withdraw fees, only trading fees. Seems to be for good reason, because they are told to be quite high.
A member opned already a thread here on forum about fees.

withdrawal fees are rather high, especially when there's a new coin listed with not a lot of value and if the value increases they do not adapt it. They wanted 50 ADX and 50 DNT once as a fee. You can easily bypass it by exchangig coins to Ethereum and then withdraw it.

Liqui's fees are considered a bit higher than normal but I don't think it's a deal breaker.  I can't give you an exact because it's different for every coin... however, if you're a frequent trader and if you want to store ETH or BTC on Liqui then the interest you can get more than makes up for the occasional withdraw.  So here's what I recommend, if you're going to deposit, trade, and withdraw, then I'd recommend a cheaper exchange, but if you're going to store ETH and BTC for awhile then for sure go with it.

hello, after all conversations, could anyone please let me know what withdrawal fee policies at Liqui?
I am studying this exchange due to a large variety of USDT market but cannot find out withdrawal fee.
Liqui is trying to hide such information or somehow?

I also experienced the same thing as you, I am confused fee for withdraw btc is very big and this I think is very expensive. Would probably be the first and the last for me to trade in liqui.

Are there any ideas to avoid too large fees in liqui?

One way is to find a coin where the fees and spread aren't bad, buy that coin, transfer to something like bittrex, swap back. For the coins with very high fees it might be worth it.

Does anyone know of any resources to see which coin is cheapest? (Instead of doing it one's self.)

Why don't you register an account with the liqui and start finding how much they are charging for withdrawal. I see it is not big deal to know because for Bitcoin withdrawal fee is around 0.001btc. It might be different for all other altcoins.

Liqui withdrawal fees are the worst. At one time, I had to shell out $7 in fees just to get out of the exchange. They've done before, maybe this time, he mayy have losing income with all these new exchanges popping out.

From my own attempt to withdraw my funds from Liqui's platform, here are the withdrawal fees you'll pay if you're withdrawing the following tokens:

0.01 ETH
50 WPR
0.007 BCH

-data as of March 11, 2018

For those that don't know, people who hold TaaS have had major problems around the dividend date to get their coins out on time. Be a little careful to not get caught out.

When DNT first came into this exchange I purchased some there and I was going to wd it to my own wallet so I could maybe store it on binance to use the mobile app so I could trade easier, however ran into a he same problem as you. I just converted to eth and then used the eth to buy on another exchange but it is time consuming. Also it’s not a bad idea to have money I. A lot of dif exchanges ready in case in case you need to buy something there in the future and you are ready.
