Post by: tf2addict on October 26, 2017, 05:42:11 PM So I was reading about the opt-in replay protection for 2x using the "3bit" magic Bitcoin address hack. What a cluster ****. Then I read that they are NOT doing that and there is no plan for replay protection at all at launch.
So what's the current story? If there is in fact no replay protection at all what will that mean for security? This could be a train wreck for both blockchains. It boggles my mind that 85% of miners are backing something that could literally destroy their livelihood. |
