You will not notice the difference with your own eyes. In the game it shows. But these BIOSes are not suitable for mining. If you want to mine bitcoins then you have to change the BIOS. There is a special software. Firmware you can find ready-made online or make a setup myself.

Usually one is OC and one is normal. This bios switch becomes more usefull when we talk about modding, since you can brick one bios, but you can still switch to the second and access directly the GPU to flash the other one back.
