Model GV-R795WF3-3GD; this is the one you can get 600+ khash/sec scrypt mining with correct configuration/overclocking. (instructions for this (https://forum.litecoin.net/index.php/topic,2641.0.html)) I don't know its BTC/SHA256 mining performance but I'd assume it's around 600 MH/s with correct configuration.
