With a friend of mine we were wondering exactly the same thing : Do we have to sell our altcoins for ethereum and Bitcoin ?.. My think is that the best is to sell 50% of all the little ALTCOINS I've got because in case it grows I would regret to have sell everything. We can separate different kind of ALTS : the really new one and the "old" ones who are in the top 100 of crypto. in the 100 top of crypto I invest in 10 and hold them for long term. Sometimes I sell 20% max  and put the money I get in Bitcoin. My purpose is to grow in BTC now.

is not it for minexcoin (MNX) already there is the latest news, that started there in livecoin.net. it's good to keep the coins.

many people who want to sell minexcoin, I am confused because many people who buy it. maybe my question is beyond the topic, but I wonder what makes people interested to buy minexcoin?

I think minexcoin will be very late to exchange. There have been 2 postponements before. tomorrow they will join the livecoin  market and I think they can really do it. No  exchange was obvious at the other 2 delays. but this time the exchange market will be certain. It's Livecoin :) minexcoin sales were done much earlier. moreover, it was made at very cheap prices. . no one can easily sell minexcoin after this time. it is beneficial to be careful.

Wether doing that would a good idea depends on what coins you're holding because many have reached or will reach their bottom.

Question for everyone: why is everyone dumping altcoin ? what has changed between couple of months ago and now ?

developers do not keep their word, 5 times. simple as that

I think I share your opinion. Sell some, HODL some. You won't lose all the way of the AltCoins does well later.

I'd also sell to buy ETH, it has potential to grow. BTC is growing too but alot of smart contracts are on ETH and you can easily trade ETH for new tokens and repeat the 50/50 Sell/HODL cycle.

For me, what I did was I sell most of my altcoin in bittrex then I still hold the waves and Ethereum. Though Bitcoin and eth are both profitable to me so, there's no problem if I sell my altcoin to btc or eth.

I think that ether has more perspective than waves. The fact is that while the waves are very ambiguous today on the trading exchanges, and it worries me.

a tough choice between bitcoin and ethereum. the price is certainly superior bitcoin above all else. then the choice will fall at least to bitcoin than on ethereum let alone if to invest

If you have a lot of altcoin it is better to have a profit only because the bitcoin is greater than on the ethereum

give it all to clear pricing, is bitcoin ethereum nothing if compared with bitcoin.

I have a bunch of different ALTS but now with the price of BTC I feel I should start selling some and grow my Bitcoin roll. Then again I see such a huge discount on a lot of these coins where I don't even know what to do. Am I the only person who is hoping for a huge Bitcoin Crash?

I'm actually want to stake minexcoin as I saw my friend how profited from it and I was like too envious but the sad part my laptop is still corrupted.  :'(

OP if you want a real quick just sell your alts in exchange of bitcoin and join the ride now.

I think that is going to be the best option to hold the BTC and ETH instead of other altcoins because both of the prices are increasing gradually and we are making more profit with these two coins only.
