They are looking for someone with vast experience in running a successful campaign and great communication skills, here are the key points they are after Create and maintain the application thread for campaign - keeping on top of the thread and making sure we select the right people, not just fastest finger first. Vetting the background of the people is key for the team also, credibility is paramount. Create and maintain spreadsheet - Checking the amount of posts and if they were substantial. We don't want just spam, need good people who have a genuine interest on here. Checking people are following rules - Again checking the posts to make sure the rules we agree on the thread are followed, if the rules are broken on a post they won't receive payment for it. Payment list - Keeping on top of payment list, this comes down to trust and a working relationship. Transparency is also key, so the more information the team get the better.
