If you are not able to sleep after crypto currency investment, then I assume, you have taken a lot of risks and pushed your limits to invest in crypto currency. Otherwise, you are too impatient to see the profit. The main quality of a good crypto currency trader is his patience and the power to take a loss. I believe you are lacking both here. Crypto currency market is very dynamic and volatile. The price can move from one end to another end very quickly and you should be ready for the worst always. So the mental aspect would be your patience and the physical aspect is your strong heart which can take the hit of a huge loss.

The key and the main thing to do first is to take care of yourself. How can you trade well if you are not eating nor sleep just to observe and watch the flow of the market values of crypto? if you gotten ill or sick by doing that it is more inconvenient and unprofitable than being more patient and self conscious about yourself. Balance your trading and living and you will see good results that's the first thing to do.

You should only invest money that you can afford to lose.If you can`t afford to lose the money, just don`t invest them.If you are holding btc for the long term, don`t bother.Everything will be all right with the bitcoin price. There`s still lots of potential for btc and the price will grow.
Every trader needs a plan or a trading strategy. This makes everything more organized.

Trading does not require you to invest most of what you have but only what you voluntary want. You are having fear of what you have invested which only means you are quite new to it and not having enough experience yet.
As an advise, try investing few to minimize the risk. And when you have the hang of it, then continue. But never out in all of what you've got. Surely it will still be bothering you.

LOL mate, sometimes you need to take off your mind and body in cryptos. Get out and get real life. The next time you will know that you are going to get sick. Heath is important, more important than money. So if I were you I would just like go out with friends and families or even engaged in sports to get out of the whole crypto world. I've been there, let me tell you its not worth it. I have sleepless nights, lost a lot of weight and I'm always tired. So when I analyze everything, its all about crypto. LOL. So just take a break from it and don't worry you can make all the money in this world, but if got sick no amount of money can help you get rid of it.

Is obviously that you are a newbie in trading and inexperienced. You have made some wrong trade decision like risking more than you can bear that is why you have been restive and unable to have some sleep.

My advise is that, you should know that market goes in two dimension which is up and down. So, you be patient for it to drive to the dimension that you could either make profit or get to your entering position, so that you can exit.

Patient is the key word in trading. If you are patient to get the right spot to make an order, you just see that with few seconds, you are already seeing your profit. True...

that's called excessive fear, accept any risks that might happen. because with this you can pursue success even if somehow long period of time, because only people who dare to take big risks that can get success from bitcoin trading, there are many examples that occur, so what are you waiting for?  ;D

Is this statement ironically made or you mean the intent therein.

Otherwise, how can one make money from trade and same time not able to sleep - this is unfortunate. Is it that you made a profit and the next seconds, you dived in again with everything you have made.?

I think being yourself while intending to enter a trade is important rather than being influenced by either substance or other "influensers ".

Hahah this makes me remember my firts days of trading when i used to trade on Forex, it happened the same to me because i couldn't sleep at night because i was so pending to the prices and the charts, and also to the news about those pairs that i was trading.
Anyway, with altcoins it is so different because you dont have to be 100% concentrated on the most biggest websites, but yes, it is a little bit exhausting to always do the same.

it can be happen only for them who run his trade for his daily life.
or we can called them a daily trader, right ? you must be one of them, shoud be that.
i did it a while ago and that is what i got from my journey.
sometimes i got sick and can not sleep well due to volatility, and i learned something new from.
it's not good enough for my financial and also for my healthy,so i tried to hold it for a month or around that.
i think you should doing that my friend and learn a new thing for yourself obviously,
because it will not last long until you tired about it and felt something wrong with your health

Most of the people who do that kind of trading are called Daily Traders, and it is like a proffesion because you have to be some hours in front of your computer checking the prices, the charts, and everything that concerns about that crypto or stock, whatever you are trading at that moment.
But yes, it happened the same to me a few months ago when i used to trade a lot, but honestly, it is a waste of time if you have better sources to make more money.

Nah, it's quite common among traders. So you've made a good profit but kind of suffer under the pressure? Perhaps you could at least cash out your initial investment so you're losing nothing in the worst-case scenario. Fatigue can really mess up your trades, y'know. I sold all my crypto (100% alts) last August because for some reason I wasn't completely comfortable with them.
