Title: vircurex stole over 3000 BQC from me! Post by: temporalcausality on June 12, 2013, 02:12:14 PM yesterday, vircurex suspended BQC trading and then changed their minds and turned it back on. When they stopped it, I sent my 3000 BQC to another trading site, and when they turned it back on, I sent my BQC back to vircurex. my BQC never arrived back in my account. After multiple emails to vircurex's customer support, I have still not gotten a response back, yet when I complained about them halting BQC trading, they responded back within a few hours.

We had 3 days of public holidays here so there is a bit of backlog that we need to go through.
Coming back to your case: 1. Yes we reopened BQC for trading and withdrawal, the message does specifically say, deposits are not processed 2. We do understand that the one or other user might not have seen our announcement and thus every other day we will manually process the incoming transactions of the coins we announced to be delisted. Why are we stopping the auto processing of deposits? The double spend attack on FTC last weekend has shown the associated risks of running an unattended deposit process, hence the manual work around till end of June.
