Ok, claimed again. Now there is only one short-link, good. I understand things are hard for faucets nowadays. I don't know if 1 DOGE every 60 seconds is interesting, you must test different possibilities, if it doesn't work (if you don't get many users), try to increase countdown time and reward a bit. You can try 5 minutes, 10 minutes... Find the more rentable configuration.
