I'm doing some experimental on the pop-ups over the last few days to find out the best paying pop-ups.

But from my observation this kind of service is not reliable as it is just too good to be true.
If you look at the payouts you will notice all the payouts are paid version so it means you need to upgrade your account in order to make a withdrawal.

I hope you don't get mixed up with scam and site problem.
Lately the site did run into problem with unable to handle many users and caused connection problem.
I have upgraded server and make some improvement on the scripts.

We use iphub to identify VPN/Proxy.
Sometimes iphub may provide inaccurate information thus normal IP might be flag as VPN/Proxy.
