Title: Anybody tried Coinfest.cc page? HYIP program scam?
Post by: silverdre on October 28, 2017, 09:04:36 PM
Hi all,

Anybody tried https://coinfest.cc/ (https://coinfest.cc/) ? It's a HYIP program.

Stupid as I am I invested a little bit of BTC, not much. The first small withdrawal went smoothly. probably to lure in more investment.
But now I can't withdrawal any amounts, not small, not big amounts. Just receiving emails stating that a request has been noted but it stays pending.

The site is owned by EASY FEST LTD --> https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10336091 (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10336091)
and https://www.linkedin.com/company/10921767/ (https://www.linkedin.com/company/10921767/)

The company is registered in UK to a Marc DUSZYNSKI. --> https://www.linkedin.com/in/marc-duszynski-17a09154/  (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marc-duszynski-17a09154/)

The site has been up for 30 days, collected 494.18883192 BTC, "Payed" out 90.21813713 BTC.

Either its a huge scam or they have technical problems at the moment --> https://coinfest.cc/?a=paidout  (https://coinfest.cc/?a=paidout)

Another site that is identical is --> https://coinplus.cc/?a=home (https://coinplus.cc/?a=home)

What's strange is that both sites have identical information such as text, investment plan and server time --> Saturday, October 28 3:47 PM

Wow mate, why have you invested on that site? may i know how much did you invested?
If you requested a payment and it still shows up as a Pending Request then you have been scammed and there is no way to cashout those bitcoins. Most of hyips do the same, all that thing that says how much they have paid, and how much they collected are fake, they can be easily edited on their host.
I hope that you haven't lost much money, because it is obviously a scam.

A stupid mistake unfortunately.
Luckely I just invested 1100 $.
It’s messed up mate but not catastrophic.

Do you know to which authority in UK I can report the guy?

Don't worry man you are not the only one that have been scammed. A friend of mine happen to invested in this site and also did not get his investment. i was lucky enough for being more skeptic because it is too good to be true.

moral of the story. if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Thats impossible to trace them if its all about bitcoin you can't know where they live anytime soon they can  get a clean money and use a  mixer and they are all safe..
Next time i hope that you learn right now and never invest in any investment plans or cloud mining site.. i was the same as yours before what actually i experience.. i invested a small amount in the first attempt and got withdraw but in 2nd time i increase my investment just to be sure that i can earn more and this is opportunity to make profit but in the end my transaction are all pending.. So i tried to report it here that i thought i can recover my investment but the answer is not . I learn a lesson and now i stop investing  in cloud mining and HyIP..

It is a scam, i dont know how you were able to invest into this site instead of investing those funds in another kind of investment.. You could make a lot of money in you were smart, instead of putting that money in the hands of a stranger. Obviously that you are not going to recover your money anymore, it is a scam/ponzy/hyip or whatever you want to call it.
Try to research a little bit more on this forum, those kind of investments are always a lie, and there is no way to recover that money anymore.

Why invest in shady sites without reading reviews in google is the first question that comes to my mind ? Second if this website promise returns which are not sustainable how come people rush and invest in it and 1100 dollars is not a small sum, not a big one but not a small one for sure. All of these HYIP-s programs are designed to make the owner rich and not the members of the program.

There isn't any legit site paying 0.21% interest hourly. Next time look the rates, it's the easier way to find if a site is scam or not. However don't look only this, because there can be sites paying low interest daily and it doesn't mean they are legit. Also, don't believe on the informations you see on these sites, they can lie about everything: location, address, phone number, BTCs already paid...

The minute you said its a HYIP, then there's no question that it is scam. And unfortunately, you already lost your money because they have started this exit strategy. And I'm assuming that by now they are already closed. If they are still up and running then I hope no one fell from their trap. So sad so see unsuspecting victims gives out their hard earn money because I haven't seen any legitimate HYIP to date. 30 days up is another sign that they are winding down their activity and soon they will stop processing withdrawals, and then the site will say that its under maintenance, however, then have already ran off and making new website to continue their act.

I keep wondering why folks keep investing in scams. I think it makes more sense to grow your coin through conventional means.

Sorry the chances of getting your investment back is very slim, all HYIPs are ponzi scheme they collect investors money and pays for a shorter period of time  before going off the radar, of course the OP should have seek relevant advice in this forum before embarking on free gift to this faceless scammers.
