I do not see the activity of people dealing with this new cryptocurrency. However, reading TPC characteristics, I understand its mining will last for 9.5 years? What will happen during this period? God knows. These are 99.81% premined coins, and there might be a reason getting this stuff.

My opinion is that now is the right  time to invest TPC. The price for cryptocurrency is extremely UP  as it has all of the Government  attention and people have just been thinking to buying.
