Title: Legality of accepting BTC and returning other cryptos Post by: sbassi on October 29, 2017, 06:57:05 AM If I make a site in the US that accepts BTC and returns BTH or ETH or any other cryptocurrency, should be regulated as a money transmitting business? This site won't accept and won't send US dollar or any other FIAT currency. Does a site like this require any regulatory approval to operate? This site would be like an exchange but with 100% cryptocurrency.
