Yes it says Mhz not MH/s but it works.

Kilo = 1 thousand So 1 Megahash per second (Mh/s) is 1 million hashes per second, 1 Kilohash per second (Kh/s) is 1000 hashes per second and therefore ... I'll let you do the rest from here on. The Litecoin difficulty is currently around 650. Bitcoin is on a whole different level difficulty-wise (also because it uses a different hashing algorithm), so make sure you use the right calculator! You need to either add --scrypt to your .bat file or change poclbm to scrypt in your .conf file.
