I can confirm that this site is legit, and the operator is very on par as far as keeping his game up - to - date (on the bitcoin / transaction side)

Also, just a couple thing to point out, GamblingPurveyor:

* ฿ is the Bhat symbol, and certain folks would like people to refrain from using this to identify the Bitcoin currency. BTC is probably better.
* Sometimes the CSS doesn't load and I just get a white page w/ Times New Roman instead of the normal blue/yellow "Video Poker" feel. Images load fine, though, and so does the game code.

Natural language is full of overloaded meanings. ฿ is already widespread as the "Bitcoin sign", thanks to a similar symbol appearing on the Bitcoin logo itself. Regardless of the opinions of a few, ฿ is on its way to meaning both Bitcoins and Thai Bahts, just as $ is used to describe several different currencies, not all of them called "dollars" (when ambiguity arises, we elaborate by adding "USD", "L$", "Z$", etc.).

I haven't reproduced the CSS issue, even after extensive testing. What browser are you using?

We talked about this in GP original thread and the paytable has been reworked to Jacks or Better full pay 9/6 Best odds for player also he fixed the double feature so that you don't lose your bet when pushing the dealers up card. I confirmed all works now but it would be nice if you do tie the dealer that you have the option to double again. Instead it returns your money and the game is done, which is fine by me to. Other than that it plays nice I think I am even now after a nice run doubling down a few hands  :)

My only complaint is how slow it loads and plays! If you can find a way to speed up the action that would be a huge plus.

Thanks for providing a fun game to play.

I actually fixed the tie behavior earlier today. You can double up again after a tie.

The only way I could achieve faster gameplay would be if I didn't have to operate over the slow TOR network. If anybody can point me to where I can find fully anonymous VPS hosting with 1G of RAM or so, it would be greatly appreciated.

How long does payout take?  I submitted a payout for 1.4BTC or so about 10 minutes ago to 12xQQ3jkjnizpkeenyPLA98BWawQGue1Pr

Hasn't shown up yet as unconfirmed.  Any way you can check?

The site makes you wait until you have 6 confirmations before it will initiate a payout. I have done quite a few and everytime it hits 6 it pays out and the best part he doesnt charge a fee  :)

Several hosts are available here in the marketplace where you can purchase a VPS in Bitcoin. :]

EDIT: They're all the same ones from the wiki :[ They're all based in the U.S. and Europe. I'm looking for hosting in some place like Costa Rica, where I can be sure the server won't get shut down.

will fill in the form when i'm back at home, the non-TOR version isnt loading at work (not blocked, just page cannot be displayed) :)

Is it possible it doesn't work properly in Firefox? or shouldn't that have anything to do with it?

I did receive a 0.04$ payment when i hit the cashout button, assuming that payment came from your site of course :)

I wouldn't chalk connection problems up to your browser. It's more likely that the tor2web.org gateway was running slow, or even my own TOR connection (TOR is both slow and unreliable). I had no trouble loading from tor2web.org just now.

You do use a new address for every transaction, don't you?  :)

If your balance doesn't read 0, then the cash-out didn't come from me (or your browser is failing to update the balance).

Just so people know.  Yes, the expected payout over the lifetime of a jacks or better game is 99.54% on perfect play.  BUT, this only applies if you play with the full 5 credits.  On 1-4 the payout is dropped down to about 98.18% based on the following info

1-4 credit bet

Code:
Hand         	Payoff Combinations Probability Return
Royal flush 250 493512264 0.00002476 0.00619000
Straight flush 50 2178883296 0.00010931 0.00546545
Four of a kind 25 47093167764 0.00236255 0.05906364
Full house   9 229475482596 0.01151221 0.10360987
Flush         6 219554786160 0.01101451 0.06608707
Straight     4 223837565784 0.01122937 0.04491747
Three of a kind 3 1484003070324 0.07444870 0.22334610
Two pair     2 2576946164148 0.12927890 0.25855780
Pair           1 4277372890968 0.21458503 0.21458503
Nothing     0 10872274993896 0.54543467 0
Total           19933230517200 1       0.98182243

5 credit bet

Code:
Hand         	Payoff Combinations Probability Return
Royal flush 800 493512264 0.00002476 0.01980661
Straight flush 50 2178883296 0.00010931 0.00546545
Four of a kind 25 47093167764 0.00236255 0.05906364
Full house   9 229475482596 0.01151221 0.10360987
Flush         6 219554786160 0.01101451 0.06608707
Straight     4 223837565784 0.01122937 0.04491747
Three of a kind 3 1484003070324 0.07444870 0.22334610
Two pair     2 2576946164148 0.12927890 0.25855780
Pair           1 4277372890968 0.21458503 0.21458503
Nothing     0 10872274993896 0.54543467 0
Total           19933230517200 1       0.99543904

This is using perfect strategy.  Simple strategy will cost you about .08% return, but is MUCH easier to memorize and do on the fly without constantly referring to charts.

As far as the double up round goes.  The odds are.
Double 46.15%
Nothing 46.15%
Push 7.7%

The simple strategy I follow is directly from Wizard of Odds

Code:
Four of a kind, straight flush, royal flush
    4 to a royal flush
Three of a kind, straight, flush, full house
    4 to a straight flush
    Two pair
    High pair
    3 to a royal flush
    4 to a flush
    Low pair
    4 to an outside straight
    2 suited high cards
    3 to a straight flush
2 unsuited high cards (if more than 2 then pick the lowest 2)
    Suited 10/J, 10/Q, or 10/K
    One high card
    Discard everything

Play the highest you have up the chain.

Assume you have Ac 3c 5c Js Jc

Conventional wisdom would tell you to hold the 4 clubs and shoot for the flush, but the odds tell you to keep the 2 Jacks and discard the rest.

Edit: My only concern.  There is NO independent audit of the code or safety procedure in place to discount any shenanigans that the site operator COULD pull to make it more profitable.  I am NOT saying that the game is rigged in any way, I am just stating that it COULD be and there is no good way to tell, so you must trust the operator before you play.

I've reduced the size of the images (almost none of them are over 10K now), and added a long-term cache directive to the images and the sounds, so that browsers stop asking about them every time you click "DRAW". It made a world of difference, both in terms of game speed and apparent bugginess. In fact, I've removed the card-loading page.

Tried the game a few times now. It always breaks at one point when I hit deal and all of a sudden from then on I can only see 4 instead of 5 cards. Using FF 7.01a 64 Bit.

I didn't see your exact bug, but I noticed that the nightly builds of Firefox (what you're using) have a new optimization that thwarted my technique for preloading the card images, which can cause similar problems.

I'm using a different technique now, which works in the nightly build 8.0a1 (I couldn't find 7.01a anywhere).

I'm using Firefox 5.0 on Windows 7x64. I sent from my bitcoin client running on my pc.

That is actually going to make it muuuch better. I wish there was a way to change minimum bet from 0.05 to something lower, maybe 0.02 - or even the ability to change this.. so one could start low then increase over time..

You can play with 0 confirmations, but you can't withdraw anything unless all the deposits have at least 6 confirmations. I don't see how that is a bad idea. (You can cash out, but the system won't send your money until the confirmations are there).

The stakes have been dropped to 0.02..0.10 as suggested by Konzul. That makes it roughly equivalent to a quarter machine at current exchange rates.

Awesome I think 0.02 is a good level. If you have little BTC you can bet singles and when max betting it is a pretty good amount.

The new site is much better as it's now really fast making it much more enjoyable to play.

My FF still bugs out and as soon as the first card is turned one disappears..
http://img651.imageshack.us/img651/9790/70700786.png

But I guess that's to be expected using the nightly browser in a 64 bit build.

works great now. 1000x faster than the last time I had played it. I wouldn't mind the option of having a .01 denomination though. got 4 diamonds to the royal flush then 2 hands later on my last 5 credits this popped up.

http://img808.imageshack.us/img808/466/straightflush.jpg (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/808/straightflush.jpg/)

also got a couple 4 of a kinds. still lost a couple coins playing the double down feature too much but great game. Thanks cant wait for your new project.

Alright, this is retarded.

Open Site --->Get Send-to Address ---> Send BTC -----> Page Generates Error and address disapears....WTF ?

Now, I have opened/Closed/surfed away, rebooted and done everything else I can, yet every time I open the page, I still get the same new address that was provided AFTER my deposit disapeared.

One thing I haven't tried, is to try and resend more BTC to the shown address. Perhaps THAT will get it to disapear.

Great Functionality.

My REFUND address is in my Signature.

Refunded. Get IE 9 (or better yet, Chrome, Firefox, or anything that isn't IE). IE 8 is a severely retarded browser, whose JavaScript interpreter is too slow to even render my game's animations. Had you not run into this problem (caused by IE8 not implementing features that even very old versions of Firefox had), your browser would have frozen trying to slide the cards around.

I've been playing Blackjack here almost every night for the last few weeks.  The site is great.  Fast, almost instant deposits, and payouts get made after the deposit gets 6 confirms.

Last night I had my first ever problem.  I emailed the site operator (address is on the site), and it was resolved swiftly and with great communication.

I highly recommend this site.

Let me start by saying that I am not affiliated with this site in any way.

I do play on it a lot, tho.  A LOT.

The site operator just comped me movie tickets!  Like real Las Vegas!  That is totally awesome.

I highly recommend this site.
