I want create Catcoin fork, with new parameters and present balances. New parameters 5 min block, PoW+PoS blockchain, 25 coin reward. New fork have more standard retarget algo and more protected from 51% attack. New fork not affect to old CAT and on new port. If you not have CAT coins, please not vote.
