I want to warn anyone from using the services at  https://btc2pp.net/.

They just stole 1.5 BTC from me.  DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! 
We need to protect all the bitcoin people we can from this predator.

I have tried to contact them 3 times no answer.

After further research online i found there are lots of other people who have been scammed by them as well.

For better or worse there is absolutely no recourse for me on this.. Just makes me sick..

Proof or did not happen.
A random transaction is not a proof.

Nonsense: what kind of proof would you expect?
A video of him making the payment?

with a name like btc2pp, you oughta know its a damn scam. come on people think! scammers practically have to give themselves away for anyone to catch them on here. its quite pathetic how many of you don't trust your gut, you go against your better judgement out of greed. bottom line is that if it smells like a scam or someone seems shady, they probably are. steer clear from people you can't trust.

Nonsense: why would you even believe him? He can at least show that he owns the btc address related to the transaction. That would be a start. Even if that would not prove the stealing of bitcoins.

And other than proving that he owns that address, what could he do?

Quite obviously if you needed proof to file accusations, nobody would, and scammers would run free, knowing that in most cases there's no proof at all.

It happened and it has happened to quite a few others i have come to find out.  Google the domain..  you will see they have gotten quite a few people.  I was desperate with fast cash for bit coins and coingator down I tried it.  And the site seemed more legit than most..  still no message back and my coins gone..  

I am in the same boat.
