It's a virtual reality game credit. Probably similar to MANA, but MANA didn't do so well after it started trading after the ICO. VOX is a more mature coin with its own blockchain and wallet apps. They say it's tradable on shapeshift, but it says temporarily unavailable. It's a small market cap coin - only about $10 million after the recent pump.
