Hi  Teguh Teguh !
We have important information from Novaexchange management to share with you.
This information is sent to you since your email ( is registered with Novaexchange.
Please also find the latest information from our news page (https://novaexchange.com/news/).

Intimation of closure of Novaexchange
Kindly note "Novaexchange" will have new owners and management effective April 2018, with major upgrades to the exchange to better handle scaling, stability and security.
For better management and security of customer funds we have decided to close down Novaexchange so that the users can withdraw all their funds with no participation/responsibility of action of the new management.

Preliminary plan:
2017-10-30 This information goes public, user registration closes, addcoin page closes, disabling deposits of ETC and ETH
2017-11-30 Deposits disabled for ALL coins, all users get level 3 verified account level
2017-12-15 ONE last deposit scan to take care of deposits made after 2017-11-30
2018-01-31 Email reminder to all registered users
2018-02-28 Trading engine stops, dice game stops, API stops
2018-03-31 Login stop, website replaced with information
2018-04-15 Support closes, all Novaexchange user data removed

Remaining user balances that has not been withdrawn before 2018-04-01 will be considered a donation and is not refundable.

They're kind of the best :(

When will be the last time to withdraw?

It seems to be on 2018-04-01. I suggest you withdraw as soon as possible from the platform, like month before or so. However they are only closing the site temporarily so because someone else will take over the exchange, and i hope they will make it more professional  and  improve.
However i find it pretty unfortunate, since novaexchange to this date was one of the best exchanges. However we still seem to have few months left to trade on their platform.

Owners are going to change and exchange is closing on temporary basis just for security and management purpose as stated in their site. Indeed they were good but we hope the new owners will prove themselves better or best.

This is a pretty good platform I have traded on it several times. It is also ok that at the moment they are closing down the trading floor or they are preparing to upgrade to another floor or country they forbid opening them. how are you Who has any information about this floor or any information sources for me please?

This is just a way to downplay the entire situation and that is what is called damage control nobody is coming to take over the site with the outline of dates I read there, its obvious they are going for good and there is nothing to be done about it. Changing ownership is not enough to do all of those things listed there when businesses changes owners the only thing the customers needs to be aware of is the change in the structure and a commitment that their fund is safe with promise of more quality service not anything close to this. Its a complete shut down

I will also take that route to avoid hassle when the change of ownership happens. Its a business moved however, we don't know what will the direction of the new owner. So to be on the safe side, I would suggest to at least withdraw if you still have coins trading in their. And then come back once the new management takes place. Although I didn't register or do trading with that site because I'm a little bit skeptics in the beginning.

Even this is just temporary, my altcoins will definitely take a hit from this. It will be like 2x bloodier because first bitcoin is on it's all time high and with nova closing, volumes are going to be trimmed down that will likely result to lower prices.

I got an email from them but I don't think I ever used Nova exchange. I must have just signed up a long time ago and forgot about it. Oh well.

Exactly! You are perfect in your submission on this. Off course it means they are going for good and not necessarily a change of ownership. But why they allowed me open a new account two days ago baffles me since they already knew they were closing shop. Anyway, it is better late than never provided all users are able to get their coins out.

Pretty bad news. Lot of small altcoins won't have a place to trade since nova closes. And I personally liked nova UI as minimalistic and very easy to use.

I don't think they closed up finally not to come back.

I read somewhere that they plan to reopen sometime in April, 2018 with refurbished site and team. So, we still expecting there services for some of us that like there site.

I have never used these guys before even though I have seen and heard of the name so many times, but this move alone and the way they planned out and organized everything so that the users do not end up losing anything, is enough for me to give them kudos and imagine how good they must have been while in operation. I really hope the people taking over can move on better than what they already left on ground.

Will deposit some coins and trade a bit until finish. There could be good trades on some cryptos at the end.

When an exchange closing there might be some personal and business reason why they are putting up to an end. Luckily, I don't have an account to them but still maybe there is something deep so they have decided to close. And they have a long allowance of time for the withdrawing of remaining balance for their traders.
Remaining user balances that has not been withdrawn before 2018-04-01 will be considered a donation and is not refundable.

Will deposit sone coins and trade a bit until finish. There could be good trades on some cryptos at the end.
Go with it at your own risk just remember next year they'll close, close after the New year.
