I just received an email that Novaexchange will close 2018-03-31.

2017-10-30 12:09 - Intimation of closure of Novaexchange

Kindly note "Novaexchange" will have new owners and management effective April 2018, with major upgrades to the exchange to better handle scaling, stability and security.

For better management and security of customer funds we have decided to close down Novaexchange so that the users can withdraw all their funds with no participation/responsibility of action of the new management.

Preliminary plan:
2017-10-30 This information goes public, user registration closes, addcoin page closes, disabling deposits of ETC and ETH
2017-11-30 Deposits disabled for ALL coins, all users get level 3 verified account level
2017-12-15 ONE last deposit scan to take care of deposits made after 2017-11-30
2018-01-31 Email reminder to all registered users
2018-02-28 Trading engine stops, dice game stops, API stops
2018-03-31 Login stop, website replaced with information
2018-04-15 Support closes, all Novaexchange user data removed

Remaining user balances that has not been withdrawn before 2018-04-01 will be considered a donation and is not refundable.

Yes this is true, just got my email and when i logged in I saw the warning. I took out all my belognings and waiting to see what happens next

Even I received an email from them intimating that we have to withdraw all our balance from the exchange. Otherwise, they will consider it a donation, people should react with this and withdraw your balances from the NovaExchange.

Sorry for my bad English: What's exact meaning of this "2017-11-30 Deposits disabled for ALL coins, all users get level 3 verified account level"?
Does it mean: Only users get level 3 verified acc could deposit by 2017-11-30? And the deadline for withdrawal is also 2017-11-30 right?

I have the same issue here. I am trying to withdraw my coins but I think a lot of people are doing that at the minute and they can not handle it.

EDIT: I received the email like 15 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

I received the same email. Same Nova Exchange was good fun and lots of alt coins.

Any news as to why the sudden shutdown?

Starting from april 2018 they will have new owners and management. So they will come back somewhere mid 2018 with major upgrades but before they do this they want to start with a clean record it seems.

They say:

if it's hard to keep working?I think it's pretty good exchange,

Read my previous messages mate :) they are shutting down because they will have new owners and a new management around April 2018... Seems like that they will implement major upgrades so that is why they want users to withdraw their money so no one gets negatively affected by the major update next year....

I think there is no need for panic. I have also received the same Email. But we have months to withdraw our balances. Only deposits will be disabled soon. We all became level 3 so we don't have limit for withdrawals.

It's a pity. Very good exchange. Will wait for april.

I was also informed by a friend yesterday. I got some Espers there so I am a bit sad and I need to transfer them soon. Hopefully this change of ownership and management will be for better good. I am looking forward to a much improved NovaExchange next year.

There is oppertunity on cryptopia for Novaexchange coins to be listed for half price. smart move, lot of volume will be moved there.

Yep that is right. You can not deposit after November 30th. You can withdrew your coins till march 2018

If Ill buy tokens now on NOva, can I withdraw them without problem? Who tried?

It was only a matter of time for them to close nova, since their login and their ongoing eth issues.
