Yes. There is an entire board dedicated to this, check out https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=212.0 "Micro Earnings", where you can complete small tasks/do games/watch ads for a small amount of bitcoin.

Don't expect too much of it, but depending on what kind of person you are, and where you're from, it could give some income.

Looked through some of the posts from there. Well, it's not even "not too much", it's really miserable  ;D I don't know even how much time need to be spent to get something good from there.

I like the moon faucets. They let you claim btc, doge, and ltc whenever you want, as opposed to faucets where you claim every hour or fifteen minutes. Plus, the longer you go between claims the more coin adds up (though more slowly over time. best to claim every 2-3 hours).  Unlike other faucets, these one pay directly to coinpot (a microwallet that you can find online), whereas other faucets make you wait till you've reached a minimum withdrawal amount. Here are links (not using my referral links bc I think that might be against the rules):

If you're looking for free you should try faucets..some games need investment.

This one is very nice. There are some flash games that you can play and earn few satoshis. When this site started it was very good to earn as BTC price was cheaper (higher rewards), Adsense was usable yet (more income = higher rewards), but it's still fun... If you have some children at home, show them the games, they may have interest on it and at same time they can generate some satoshis.  :D

But there are other games too:

This one is new (snake game): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2339974.0
This one too(Minesweeper): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2298809.0

Recently heard about these games, but it does not do much. I prefer to spend this time watching the stock market or the market. I think I will use this time better.
